On one side, the number of calls is dropping and on the other side, calls from Mobile users are strongly increasing and the Mobile users are becoming more demanding.

Value Added content
Content is key for Enhanced Directory Assistance. OnYourMap expertise allows to carefully select and aggregate relevant content from multiple sources into an homogeneous database. Base content providers include both horizontal suppliers for generic pan-European content as well as vertical content suppliers in a country by country approach.
Points of Interest span over a wide range of categories where both the breadth and the depth of the information are important.
Convergence Internet and Mobile
OnYourMap® “on the Move” incorporates important convergence features. This allows the information to be sent out to the Mobile user in the form of an SMS, or as WAP Push or MMS maps. This in turn gives the user valuable information and frees the operator for the next incoming call.
Route planner / Driving directions
OnYourMap® “on the Move” includes Routing functionality with high flexibility as of the definition of the starting and end points. They may relate to the required POI, to the user's current location or to and from any addresses. Specific buttons in the operators application allow quick address copy for the operator by just one click.
Sending the roadbook by SMS is supported with an abbreviated roadbook and an indication to the operator as of the total needed number of SMS's.
Call Centre integration
OnYourMap® “on the Move” integrates to the available functions and services of the Call Centre. Such integration covers the SMS-C and MMS-C connectivity which may be done through OnYourMap' telecommunications brokers or through the Call Centre existing facilities.
CTI integration (Computer Telephony Interface) is also important for immediate recognition of the caller's number and SMS or MMS sending. Location Based Services may be used as available for easy and automatic user locating.
Push of information on mobile
- Directory Assistance Service Providers & call center are looking at enhancing their offer through differentiator services and at taking maximum advantage out of their existing infrastructure and of the increasing revenue stream coming from mobile. On the other hand, the mobile users are looking for new services which are targeted at their mobile handset and their current location.
